Cloud Telephony and Contact Centre Consulting organisation, Quality Connex appointed four new team members to the business in July, 2017.
The initiative aims to support the long-term growth of the company and the new members will commence immediately.
Quality Connex CTO, Sarel Roets said he is delighted to appoint four great new assets. He added:
“Adam, Mark, Mohamed and Laura have all hit the ground running and, with the team and business growing rapidly, we are already leveraging their deep and diverse cross functional expertise.
“The appointment of Mohamed specifically adds level 3 engineering support in country for Quality Connex, which is a huge benefit in itself, and I am delighted to have his Vocalcom expertise to leverage in region.”
The new appointments bring extensive experience to Quality Connex across engineering, sales, alliances and platform.
Vocalcom/Quality Connex platform lead, Mohamed Houri, worked at Vocalcom for over 10 years with stints in Tunisia, Dubai and Paris.
Mohamed will lead the support team and report directly to the CTO.
Senior Account Executive, Adam Noall, previously worked at Avaya, Vita Group, and spent 15 years at Telstra in the commercial unit.
Adam will report to report to VP Sales & Marketing, John Camp.
Senior Sales Engineer, Mark Brumpton, has experience across support, professional services and implementation, as well as in solutions and sales engineering.
Most recently, Mark worked at NewVoiceMedia for nearly four years and will report to Sarel Roets, Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
RVP Alliances, Laura Jones, most recently managed alliances for APAC at NewVoiceMedia and brings 8 years’ experience across strategic partnerships, account management, and digital & cloud strategy.
Laura will manage the key strategic relationship with Salesforce and Salesforce partners and reports to VP Sales & Marketing.
All will be based in the head office in Sydney and further announcements will be made in the coming weeks.
